PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES FOR CADD – DOCTORAL STUDENTS

DOCTORAL STUDENTS

01. Each doctoral student, upon registration, must contact the responsible person at their institution to arrange the entry of the descriptive details of their ongoing Doctoral Dissertation (DD) into the Institutional Repository (where available) or into CADD (for institutions without one) upon finalization of the topic according to the rules of each institution.

02. Upon fulfilling all obligations of support and correction of the DD, doctoral students should again contact the responsible persons at their Institution for the posting of the final descriptive details, the full text (Dissertation files and appendices or Data Sets) under Open Access terms, while exceptions may apply to the minimum possible extent.

03. In the event of non-completion and/or withdrawal/deletion of doctoral students, the responsible persons from each Institution must be informed, who will then proceed to inform the CADD administrators for the deletion of information regarding the said dissertation.

04. It is recommended for each doctoral student to create a personal researcher profile ORCID with public view terms for identification purposes, as well as for the successful interconnection of infrastructures, e.g., IR and CADD.
